A Simple Idea, Perfectly Executed

Amore Grill was born from a simple question: what if we took the world's favourite grilled chicken and gave it an Italian soul?

We started with the best free-range British chicken we could find. Then we created three signature marinades inspired by the bold, aromatic flavours of Southern Italy — from the gentle Dolce to the fiery Inferno.

But the real magic happens in the oven. Instead of a conventional grill, we use a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, burning sustainably sourced English oak. The intense, enveloping heat creates a char and smokiness that transforms simple chicken into something extraordinary.

The result is chicken that's crispy on the outside, impossibly juicy on the inside, and infused with the unmistakable flavour of real wood fire. It's a taste you simply cannot replicate any other way.
